How does it work?



To get started, simply log in to your account, fill out a survey reflecting the characteristics of the loan, and review your answers carefully. ProText will then auto-generate your closing documents.

Can I customize the document set?



In short, yes. The ProText Platform allows you to add lender specific forms and language. Keep in mind, this language needs to be consistent.

Do you produce SBA Forms?



Yes! We produce all SBA Forms associated with the application and closing, inclusive of the SBA Loan Authorization.

How much does it cost?



We charge a per file dependent upon loan amounts.

Do you support state specific language?



Yes, we support state specific language—both with and without real estate as collateral.

Is this SOP Compliant?



Absolutely! Our document sets are SOP compliant and contain state specific language for all 50 states and D.C. Additionally, our documents are authored by industry-leading attorneys who specialize in SBA lending.

Can I rerun the same loan multiple times?



Yes. Simply change the loan amounts and closing dates. Update at will and only pay once for loans that close.

Can you set user permissions?



Yes, in fact we recommend it as a way to help you ensure quality control.

How long does it take to create a complete set of loan documents?



It takes approximately 30-60 minutes to create a complete set of documents, and only about one minute to make a change.
